Born in 1967, graduated at the Turin Law University in 1991 with a thesis on “Factoring in Comparative Law”, lawyer of the Turin Bar from 1995, has worked in the Frignani&Associati Law Firm for 18 years and 10 as a partner. Master in International Law (Turin University), he is coauthor of a textbook concerning the Italian law on arbitration (E. BELLA, G. BARBIERI, “Il Nuovo Diritto dell’Arbitrato”, Cedam, Padua, 2007). Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court from 2007, arbitrator in both ad hoc and institutional chambers (Milan, Piemonte, Aia) and international (ICC) along as mediator, he practices also in bank issues, real estate, company, bankruptcy, probate law, domestic and international contract law. He is a member of the board of the “Associazione di Conversazioni di diritto bancario Cesare Manfredi” of Turin. He is fluent both in written and oral English, being born in the United States. He participated in Malta to the course “English law and language” organized by the Italian Legal Bar and by the Malta University in the summer of 2001; in 2006 he returned to U.S. for the 43rd edition of the “Academy of American and International Law”, organized by the Center for American and International Law in Plano, Texas.

Born in 1972, graduated at the Turin Law University in 1996 with a thesis on “Contract General Conditions in a Comparative Perspective”, lawyer of the Turin Bar from 2002, has worked in the Frignani&Associati Law Firm from 1999 to 2009 and his practice is focused on law of financial and banking intermediaries, on liability, on labour law, anti-trust and insurance law, being also coauthor of an article on “Bank-insurance agreements for the distribution of the respective products according to Law n. 287 of October 10, 1990” in Assicurazioni, 2006, 479. He is a professional mediator. Born in the United States, he speaks and writes fluently in English and in French, and has improved his legal English taking part to a legal course organized by the Italian Legal Bar in London in 2006 and afterwards in 2008 to the 45th edition of the “Academy of American and International Law”, organized by the Center for American and International Law in Plano, Texas.
