operation of this website, while being normally used, collect some

communication protocols. The aim of collecting said information is not
their association to the persons identified, but for their own nature,
through elaborations and associations with data owned by third
parties, they could allow the identification of the visitor users. The
IP addresses or the domain names of users who connect to the website,
the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources
required, the timetable of the requests, the procedures used to submit
the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as answer of,
the numeric code indicating the status of the server’s reply
(successfully delivered, error and so on), and other parameters
concerning the operating system or IT environment of the user, fall
within this category of data.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of

subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and eventual personal

rectification or, if there is any interest, the integration of the
data;
d) right to challenge, for legitimate reasons, to the
processing of personal data and the right to request the limitation of
data processing and the right to data portability;
e) right to lodge a complaint, in accordance with privacy
regulation, before the Supervisor for the protection of personal data,
as far it is concerned.
